What is Offset Printing?

What is flexo printing?

Flexography, or flexo, as it is commonly used, is a type of printing generally used in the packaging industry. Although it is generally used in the packaging industry, it is also used in the label industry. In this printing type, nyloprint cliché molds are used. The printed surfaces are; They are film group materials such as PP, PE or paper group materials such as coated, 1st pulp.

What is Migration?

Migration is the penetration of the materials used in packaging production into the food by interacting with the foodstuff it is in contact with, under 'certain conditions'. There are four main factors that affect certain conditions. These; the structure of the food, the contact time, the contact temperature, the amount of substances used in the content of the printing ink. Printing inks for food contact materials should be low migration. When selecting printing inks, materials that fully comply with EuPIA (Europa Printing Ink Association) principles should be used. In this way, while the packaging is designed to appeal to the customers visually, food safety is also guaranteed. As Orego Ambalaj, which prioritizes human health above all else, we also show high sensitivity to migration. The printing inks we use have a low migration level and do not penetrate food.
