Established with the philosophy of producing world-class packaging solutions with 100% domestic capital, Orego Packaging, with its long years of experience, produces, high-performance, food-protecting plastic and paper food packages that are suitable for the workflows of factories and market needs of brands for the food industry and food service produced according to all hygienic standards.

Orego Packaging provides integrated services to its customers in the stages of drafting, prototype, mold production, material selection, manufacturing, injection and labeling from the design of the product to its production in its production facility built on an area of 35,000 m². Orego Packaging meets the semi-finished product needs of the market by producing plastic sheets with a capacity of 1,600 kg per hour in its extrusion facility. Orego, which exports to nearly 50 countries with its Injection, Paper, Thermoform, SpectaVIS technologies and its wide product range, serves more than 300 brands around the world and takes part in life in every field with its service approach focused on human health and the environment.

While reducing our waste generation, we are increasing our use of clean energy and contributing to the improvement of our climate. We collect all waste materials and send them to recycling facilities for recycling. We are committed to developing renewable, recyclable, biodegradable, compostable and sustainable food packaging.

While developing new products and solutions in line with global trends, we also attach importance to human and environmentally friendly processes. We are expanding our packaging portfolio with environmentally friendly products and aiming to make our products 100% recyclable.

We Produce with Solar Energy

Protecting our planet and reducing our carbon footprint has always been a priority for Orego Packaging. Solar energy is a natural, unlimited and renewable energy source that does not emit any gases or by-products that pollute the environment or the air. Thanks to our solar energy panels in our factory located in our 35,000 m2 factory, we obtain electricity without air or carbon pollution and we realize 25% of our production with solar energy.

Our quality and R&D department consists of three divisions: quality control, quality assurance and R&D;

Our quality control department conducts many quality tests of  products in all processes: from raw material acceptance to loading; from coating check to visual and color control, from assembly to adhesion degree, weight, thickness, size and number of parcels, from sealing tests to BCT controls. These analyses are carried out with density and fluidity, moisture, strength measurement, tensile compression tests, microscope, surface adhesion test, printed surface friction devices, each of which is calibrated in our laboratory, and each analysis is reported accordingly.

Our quality assurance department carries out the requirements of the certificates we have such as BRC, ISO 9001 and FSC and the follow-up of the new certification processes.

Our R&D department, together with the marketing, production, costing and purchasing departments, carries out new product development and improvement of existing products.

With a laboratory area of 100 m2, an experienced team consisting entirely of chemists and engineers, and state-of-the-art devices, Orego Packaging, which fully deconstructs R&D and quality control processes, uses world standards in order to be able to offer innovative solutions to the packaging industry.
