As Oregon Packaging; We produce our SpectaVis plastic food packages with high performance, photorealistic visual quality and high barrier properties that protect food and encourage customer purchase, in addition to our wide product range, in sizes and designs requested by our customers.

We call the SpectaVis technology to shape polypropylene sheets for round food packaging, compatible with the use of solid products, by heat treatment without using glue. We are proud of being the only manufacturer of SpectaVis products in Turkey and Europe, on our way to produce world-class food packaging. Thermoforming Technology

As Orego Packaging, from meat containers to food service containers, from sealed containers to gastronome tubs; We produce thermoform food packaging, which is durable from -20 degrees to 121 degrees, in the range of 300 - 2000 microns in fineness, and whose inner and outer surfaces can be in desired colors separately with COEX technology.

With our packaging suitable for the MAP technology we use in production, we extend the shelf life of the product, ensure its quality, and prevent it from being damaged during loading and transportation. With our wide range of products in different sizes and designs for packaging meat, fish, chicken, meals, appetizers, salads, desserts, appetizers, nuts, mushrooms, ravioli, cookies, baklava and many other foods, and in the dimensions requested by our customers, high quality and hygiene We offer innovative food packaging solutions that meet the needs of brands while maintaining our standards.

Injection Technology

As Orego Packaging, we produce injection food packages and covers in different sizes, colors and designs that we own or demand from our customers. Thanks to our ability to integrate products, materials and technology, we offer innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the needs of our customers with our rectangular, square and oval plastic packaging. Confectionery, ice cream and snack manufacturers in the food industry can produce our packages according to the demands of our customers, suitable for use in the microwave and for my mouth sealing process. We can offer our packages with or without lids in the desired color with food-safe dyes, and we can produce protected lids depending on customer demands.

By making our plastic injection food packaging productions in food-friendly and airtight designs with the latest technology, non-fading and non-peeling in-mold labeling method (IML-INMOLD LABELING), we add a feature that encourages customer purchase to the products. We are pioneers in providing our customers with food packaging that includes quality, high hygiene, full food protection and high performance. We are among the firsts in Turkey in the production of food packaging with injection barriers. We offer solutions that meet the needs of our customers with our injection food packages that are resistant to impacts, have leak-proof properties, and have flavor and aroma barriers, and we extend the shelf life of products with our packages that comply with MAP technology. Thanks to our molding room, where we carry out mold revisions in our integrated facility, we quickly make the changes you want. We pay utmost attention to human health and global environmental awareness by using 100% recyclable and food contact raw materials in our production in accordance with AA BRC standards.

Raw Sheet Technology

As Orego Packaging, we provide semi-finished products to the food industry and companies that produce thermoform plates with a capacity of 1,600 kilos per hour on our extruder band. With the Coex technology we have, we can produce different colors and double color coils if requested.

The products we produce between 395 mm (min) and 850 mm (max) sizes; meat, chicken, fish, delicatessen, olive, ravioli, mushroom, ketchup, mayonnaise sauce etc. It is safely preferred in containers.

In addition to these, fresh or processed vegetables, fruits, etc. Barrier foils used in packaging of foods are also produced in our facilities in thicknesses between 300 micron (min) and 1600 micron (max).
